I started building for the web when I was sixteen – a clunky PHP gallery for classmates that nobody asked for but, somehow, people used. That feeling of 'this works, and someone's on the other side of it' is what I've been chasing since.

These days I ship full products end-to-end – marketing sites, dashboards, mobile apps, payment flows, the whole stack. Most of my work is for founders and small teams who need one person to own the thing and not hand them off to five subcontractors.

What I care about: code that someone else can extend six months later without calling me; interfaces that feel obvious; deadlines that I actually hit; and telling you when I think the idea is wrong.

Why solo, not an agency

Agencies layer account managers, project managers, and handoff meetings between you and the person writing code. I am the person writing code. Fewer seams means faster decisions, fewer bugs in the gaps, and someone who remembers why a line exists six months later. The tradeoff is I take on two projects at a time, not twenty – so if I say yes, it means I can ship.

What I don't do

  • Enterprise engagements that require SOC2 audits or dedicated security teams
  • Pure design engagements without development – I partner with dedicated designers for that
  • Legacy stacks I haven't shipped production code in (Angular 1, jQuery monoliths, WordPress plugins)
  • Hourly billing by the clock – I quote by scope so incentives align
  • Projects where the founder hasn't spoken to a single potential user yet
