Let's talkHow I work
Four stages. Weekly demos. No black boxes.
Discovery
We nail the problem, users, scope, and success metrics. I push back on anything unclear – so we don't rebuild it in week four.
Design & architecture
Wireframes, data model, API contracts, tech decisions – written down before any product code ships.
Build
Weekly demos. Shared staging. PRs reviewed together. You see what's shipping before it ships.
Handoff
Docs, deploy pipeline, monitoring, a team walkthrough. 30 days of priority support included.
How working with me is safe
Hiring a single developer is the right call when each step is reversible. Here's what's built into every project.
Milestone-by-milestone safety
Every project ships in approved milestones. You review each one before I move on. If the first milestone doesn't meet expectations, you walk away – no further obligation.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Quote is by scope, not hours – so the meter never runs while I'm thinking. If I underestimate something on my side, I absorb the cost. Your scope changes get a written change-request first.
Weekly demos, live staging
Friday demo every week. Staging URL always live. Daily async update in our shared Slack. You see what's shipping before it ships – no surprise reveal at the end.
30-day bug-fix warranty
Every launch ships with 30 days of priority bug-fix support included. If a regression appears that's clearly mine, I fix it on the same day – no support ticket queue.
What working with me looks like
Representative outcomes from past engagements. Attribution anonymized – full case studies and named references available on request.
Rebuilt our ordering flow from scratch. Conversions climbed inside the first week and the codebase is finally something the next developer can extend without rewriting it. Rare combination of speed and craft.
Shipped the entire ticketing platform in under three months – seat maps, Stripe, QR check-in, all of it. End-to-end ownership, no hand-off gaps, no waiting on an agency PM to translate requirements.
I've worked with a lot of contractors. The difference here was pushback on bad specs before code was written, not after. Delivered ahead of schedule, and I trust this codebase enough to build on top of it.
Slotted into our team like he'd been there for years. Clean PRs, thoughtful reviews, zero drama. Deadline tightened mid-sprint and we still shipped on time.
Frequently asked
The practical questions I get from first-time clients.
Landing pages and small sites ship in 2–4 weeks. Full web apps with auth, payments, and dashboards take 6–12 weeks. Mobile apps usually land in 8–12 weeks. You get a concrete week-by-week plan before we start – no vague 'few months'.
Fixed-scope projects start around €3,500 for a landing page and €12,000 for a full product build. Complex custom projects typically land in the €25K–€60K range. For ongoing work I charge a weekly rate. Every estimate is broken down by milestone so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Changes are expected – real projects never match the first spec. Small tweaks are absorbed. Bigger scope changes get a short written change request with new cost and timeline. No surprises, no 'let me invoice you for that.'
Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind on the frontend. Node, Postgres, Prisma on the backend. React Native and Expo for mobile. I've shipped production code in all of them for years – not just experimented.
Most of my clients are. I translate 'we want users to pay faster' into shipping code. You don't need to write specs in engineer-speak – that's my job. Weekly demos keep you in the loop without needing to read PRs.
Happy to embed as a contractor – code reviews, architecture, unblocking hard features, onboarding hires. Weekly retainer starts at €4,500/week with a 4-week minimum. I slot into your tooling, not mine.
Async daily update in our shared Slack – what shipped, what's next, anything blocked. One 30-minute video standup per week for demos and decisions. Live staging is always a link away. You see progress without having to chase it.
I handle product design end-to-end – wireframes, high-fidelity Figma, design system, the interaction details. For marketing-heavy brand work or custom illustration, I partner with dedicated designers and fold their work into the build.
If you need AI inference at scale, Python. If you've already invested in a Rails or Django team, I'll meet you there for API integration instead of rewriting. If you're a hardware or embedded product, I'm the wrong person. I default to Next.js + Node because it's what ships fastest for most founders – not because it's the answer to everything.
We part ways. You pay for work delivered, nothing for work promised. I'd rather catch a fit-mismatch in week one than finish a project neither of us is proud of.
Sometimes – depends on current load. The availability note at the top of the page reflects my next free slot. If you need something urgent and the timing doesn't match, I can recommend people I trust.
Every project includes 30 days of priority bug-fix support. After that you can keep me on a retainer (weekly or monthly) for ongoing features, or hand off cleanly to your team with full docs and a walkthrough.
Yes. Mutual NDA before any architecture or code discussion – standard. Most clients use their own template; I'll sign within a day or send my own if you prefer.
Yes. I work remotely from Central Europe and overlap with EU and East-Coast US hours. I can be in a meeting within 24 hours, and I'm happy to come on-site for a kickoff if it matters for the project.
Typically 30% upfront, the rest in milestone-linked invoices. Bank transfer (EU/UK) or Wise. For retainers: monthly, invoiced on the 1st. Contracts and invoices in English, Russian, or Ukrainian.
Yes. EU-based sole proprietor, VAT-registered, reverse-charge invoicing for B2B cross-border. Standard EU contractor agreement – none of the procurement friction you'd get from a non-EU supplier. For non-EU clients (US, UK) invoices are issued without VAT.
