First visit: what to expect, what to prepare

No surprises

You sit in the chair, we talk, we cut, you pay, you leave. It takes 45–90 minutes depending on the service. Here are the details so you know what's coming.

Before you arrive

Come with clean hair, not necessarily freshly washed. If you're carrying a lot of styling product, rinse it out — otherwise we won't see the structure of your hair until we wash it here, which stretches the visit.

Don't wear a turtleneck, a heavy collar, or a scarf. We'll be working around the neck and ears.

Be on time. The booking is your time, not a slot someone can shift. 5 minutes early is great, 15 minutes late may mean we can't do the full service.

Consultation (10 minutes)

You sit, we talk. You show a reference, we say whether we can do it or suggest an alternative if not. We look at hair growth, whorls, density. We agree on lengths.

If you're sure, 2 minutes is enough. If you're unsure, 15 is fine.

The cut itself

You'll hear clippers, scissors, sometimes conversation — or silence if you prefer. Silence is completely fine. Use your phone if you want, just not while we're working around the neck.

Hair wash is part of the premium cut. Hot towel is included with combo and shave.

Payment

Cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Tip is optional — usual is 1–3 €. Never expected.

Booking the next one

If you want, we'll book the next appointment on the spot, 3–4 weeks out. If you're unsure — do it later online.

If you don't like it

Sometimes it happens. Tell us right there in the chair — we'll adjust as much as we can. If we were meaningfully off, come back within 48 hours and we'll finish it free.

Club registration

After the first service we'll offer an email to open your Club account. Tracks visits, discounts accrue automatically at thresholds. No card, no fee. Without the email it isn't possible.

Cancellation

Up to 4 hours before — free, via the booking system or phone. Later than that, we may charge 50% of the service value, unless there were serious reasons.

What to wear

Whatever you're comfortable in. For a shave we'll take off the shirt (you keep the undershirt on). For a cut, stay dressed.

Kids

From age six. Bring something to distract them the first time — after the first visit, they settle in.
