The Ukrainian documents we translate most often
The standard set for living and working in Slovakia: birth and marriage certificates, criminal-record extract, diploma with supplement and school certificate, driving licence and vehicle registration, medical reports, employment book and work-experience confirmations. Will the foreign police accept your translation?
Yes – the sworn translation is produced by a translator entered in the Slovak Ministry of Justice register, bound, with the clause and stamp. This is exactly the form Slovak authorities require.
My document is in Russian, not Ukrainian. Can you translate it?
Yes. Older Ukrainian documents and stamps are often in Russian – we process them as part of one file so nothing is missing from the translation. Tell us what you have and we propose the approach.
How do you guarantee the correct spelling of my name?
We request a passport scan before translating and unify the name spelling across all documents in the series. A transliteration mismatch is the most common reason an authority bounces a file.
