Scope

A web and mobile app that connects travellers to vetted charter plane companies across the Caribbean: browse departures, book empty seats, request custom flights, manage passengers/bags/pets, split payments, and track upcoming and past flights.

Outcome

Island hopping becomes a few taps — travellers fill empty charter legs and split costs instead of chartering a whole plane.

Hard part

Shipping one product as both a React Native app and a web surface, with flight requests, ID verification, split payments, and real-time booking windows.
