Scope

A web and mobile app that connects travellers to vetted charter plane companies across the Caribbean: browse departures, book empty seats, request custom flights, manage passengers/bags/pets, split payments, and track upcoming and past flights.

Outcome

Legs that would otherwise fly empty turn into sold seats, which is revenue the operator was previously giving away.

Hard part

Shipping one product as both a React Native app and a web surface, with flight requests, ID verification, split payments, and real-time booking windows.
