Scope
A dense Next.js CRM back office for trading operations with routed GraphQL services, sales and affiliate reporting, client management, permissions, finance tables, KYC, chat, and notifications.
Outcome
Operations teams can review sales, retention, finance, support, and compliance signals from one permissioned interface.
Hard part
Routing every GraphQL operation to the right one of five services by its name, then gating each route, table and action behind the operator permission set, with Storybook holding the shared pieces in place.
